I often get asked what I make for my own birthday. It’s one of my favorite cakes to make every year because I don’t have to factor in any other opinions in the flavor or design. I look forward to making it. This year I opted for a little chocolate cake with biscoff cookie butter Swiss buttercream and caramel. Cheers to 31!
