Desert gold 2.0! Thanks Morgan at for giving me the courage to try and overnight autolyse. The results turned out great for this 50% fresh milled loaf!

Closing out 2025 with so much gratitude. 💜 This business has grown to more than I could imagine this past year. My word for 2025 was intention. I wanted to have more thought behind everything this past year and although I wasn't perfect at it, it's getting better each day. Here's a peek at how the business took off this year and I have all of my amazing customers to thank. Cheers to 2026-more love, more intention and more bread.

1. Get ready for online classes in 2026!
2. Couldn't do it without my , so much so we bought another!
3. Started stocking our first store!
4. Leaned into help. I couldn't have done this year without my amazing assistants! Alicia, Jason, Aaron and Fabiola! Thank you!
5. Launched pancake mixes and y'all went crazy for them!
6. Upgraded our fridges
7. Countless trips to Costco because I still refuse to lift a 50lb bag of flour
8. The best experience with Kathryn from making over 2 spaces in our home and helping everything flow so much better! Thank you Kathryn!
9. Perfected those cinnys
10. Still managed to sneak away for family time here and there.
11. Launched English muffins and y'all went crazy for those too!
12. Taught 12 sourdough classes!
13. Got a van!
14. Did our first which was so fun!
15. Started moving the bakery into its new home, out growing the dining room happened real fast!
16. Couldn't have done any of it without my man..my cheerleader, hype man, my shoulder to cry on, my rock.

Thank you all for a wonderful year! I can't wait to see what 2026 will bring for 🎉🎉
