I am trying to remember to add some videos of the process of how the wedding orders are being put together 😉 this is a quick look at the process of this weekends ordering being put together. Most of my wedding orders start on Monday with prep and baking so it’s definitely a labor of love 💗 and so worth it when you see it all come together in the end!

A few glimpses of the beautiful wedding table from yesterday! The wedding order consisted of a two tier wedding cake with a whimsical dreamy feel…lots of free hand draping ruffles and florals. The dessert table consisted of seven additional matching cakes in flavors of lemon blueberry, chocolate Guinness, and almond vanilla. The table also had a macaron tower, sugar cookies, and chocolate dipped pretzels. There were a few challenges at the venue with the warm temperatures, but the rock start coordinator Lucy and myself rolled with the punches and figured out how to make it all a success. The final results of the beautiful fall wedding yesterday at Mildale Farm . A simply elegant 2 tier wedding cake in ivory and espresso chocolate colors and matching three giant 14” cakes. The cakes were served along side 7 dozen tiramisu martini glasses for dessert. 🤎🤎

I am in full swing with the fall wedding season- we have one at least every week until mid November 😊 and this one was a big one! This was just a little snippet of the process of putting together 3 -14” cakes, a two tier wedding cake, and 7 dozen tiramisu martini cups. The cakes were pumpkin spice with salted caramel filling, devils food cake with chocolate ganache filling, and vanilla cake with a lemon curd filling. Those cakes were heavy heavy and my back and biceps got a good workout in from the lifting. Stay tuned for the final results that I delivered and setup yesterday 😉🤎🤎🤎

It was another busy week of prepping for a large wedding order plus the addition of these cookie and cake orders!
The sugar cookies were made and shipped down to Georgia for my sister in laws baby shower, the cream and floral cake was also for a baby shower, and the sheet cake was for a friend- who’s husband celebrated his 60th birthday yesterday. 🎂🎂🎂

A glimpse of the wedding order from yesterday for a beautiful couple- congratulations Hayley Noelle and Schuyler!
The cake was a 2 tier chocolate Guinness cake with an Irish creme buttercream. The dessert table was custom sugar cookies in a variety of designs, cupcakes, and dessert tacos.
