AAAAHHHHHH!!! I love me some nightmare before christmas!! I sculpted all the pieces out of fondant...the moon is chocolate. I love Sally looking so sweet at Jack singing to his pumpkin 🎃.

To all the Twilight fans! Inspiration obviously came from the book covers. The flower, ribbon, and chess piece is all fondant. The apple was ricecrispy and fondant. Moon is chocolate and it's completed with the edible image❤️

Mac miller! Look closely...the hand is 3d and hand painted. Pretty cool to do an edible image and yet still make it pop!

My step dad wanted a cake for a coworker that was retiring who always was equipped with assorted candies and chocolates...might as well make a hershey bar😁

This was such a special cake! What an honor to construct this beast!! Depending of you watch KXLY you may have heard their beloved camera man, Ernie, is hanging it up and retiring. This man has done some incredible things! Worked for all the local News networks and won 2 Emmys!! I wanted to capture the journey he has been on through his career, and ended with a cool suitcase and golf clubs to show what he will be doing. From the bottom of my heart, CONGRATS ERNIE!!!

🎅 Egg Nog. Spiced shell with an egg nog French buttercream

🎅 hot cocoa. Chocolate shell with a milk chocolate genache and a creamcheese marshmallow fluff filling.

🎅 peppermint. Peppermint shell with a dark chocolate genache filling

🎅Andes mint. Creme de menthe shell with a cream de menthe white chocolate genache and crushed Andes Chocolates.

🎅 orange chocolate. Orange shell with an orange milk chocolate genache.

🎅 caramel macchiato. Coffee shell with a coffee french buttercream and caramel center.

This just make me want to be on a hot beach somewhere. But here we are.......freezing our arses off. Everything on this cake is edible!! The glass bottles and ice is made of sugar glass (isomalts)

The amount of details that went into this cake was crazy. Pretty tough to make those characters faces so small. This was for the final curtain call of the spokane children's theater❤️❤️
