Did this beautifully simple and elegant cake. The eucalyptus and baby's breath really brought this cake to life. But my favorite part was definitely the homage to their cat, Bobby, who also made a mischievous appearance on the side of the cake! I absolutely adored this cake and this couple! And, as always, a big thank you to my amazing wife for being my muscle and 2nd set of everything in the best way possible.
Why do cakes cost so much? Because custom anything costs a lot. To have something specifically catered for you alone is not easy, regardless of medium. That bottom layer was hours of painstaking work placing each ribbon in place to create the pattern. Can't say I'm not completely in love with this cake though.
A very happy 3rd birthday to sweet Gabriel! He is absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs and he seemed pretty happy with this one. Maya loved helping me make his cake and sharing this special day with her brother.
Celebrating little Ana's independent spirit and love of horses with this Wild Horses themed cake. I was all too thrilled to create blue skies, distant mountains and a meadow full of these beautiful majestic beings. May you always keep your spirit, Ana. Happy 2nd birthday! So many geode cakes and I absolutely love them all! Purple ombre geode was the theme of this one and I just had to add a few little bonus touches to make it extra special for sweet Anaya on her 8th birthday. I heard she was a crystal fan so I had to give her the large druzy cave with extra sparkle! Some rice paper butterflies for a bit of whimsy finished off this beauty. I love giving a little extra to my repeat clients; thank you, as always!

This blue and purple watercolor blend with sugar crystals, gold leaf and some ombre sails is so glamorous, just perfect to celebrate a very special 40th anniversary.
After an extremely busy weekend, I still pour my heart and soul into each cake. My hands create works of art that bring joy to people's lives. No matter how tired or busy I am, every smile is worth it. Chartreuse, royal blue and gold were the theme and I got to create this beauty. I loved finally making a geode cake and the beautiful lady also happened to love crystals. I must have felt her vibes because I just knew this was the right cake for her without knowing about her love of crystals. Thank you for the continued loyalty, trust and patronage to all my supporters for the past 10 years.

A Batman cake? Break my Marvel heart but at least it's at least the best DC character so yea, I can do it. This night sky background came out better than expected and I was happy to pay tribute to the caped crusader. The rice paper comic strip of this vigilante anti-hero was awesome. Ready for the tasting tomorrow! We always bake fresh for every tasting, never frozen, just like our wedding cakes! This very special bride is trying some of our more unique flavor combinations: pistachio cake with ameretto French buttercream, lemon cake with whipped cream frosting, and orange cake with chocolate orange French buttercream (one of my favorites!)
