I love good food. It’s who I am.

I go to restaurants and recreate the meal at home. I am an excellent cook, and people reach out to me all the time for meal ideas. My enjoyment of food came to a screeching halt in 2013 when I had an allergic reaction and was diagnosed with a severe gluten allergy. I went from grinding my own wheat for homemade bread, cinnamon rolls, and cupcakes to ONLY eating vegetables, bone broths, meat, and a

n occasional piece of fruit. Although I was healing, I often found myself missing out on what everyone else was eating. Good food brings people together, and because I was eating differently my family and friends began to take notice. That’s when the comments began, “YUM! What are you eating? Can I have some?” As I worked at reinventing my “food” self, the stigma of missing out went away. Today, I make food that my non-gluten free family and friends want and in many cases request! I am now a trusted voice, and an inspiring resource for healthy living. I can’t wait to hear you say, “This is so good, I can’t believe it’s gluten free!”
