Happy Pi Day! 🍕
We had grilled pizza today with the dough I started yesterday. It is a no knead, long, cool fermentation dough. It’s super easy to make and makes a wonderfully airy, flavorful crust! It also doesn’t like to be handled much to not loose those delicious, airy pockets! Thank you and for some amazing recipes. They are a keeper!
