Does anybody know how to turn this auto response off? When new people follow the page, facebook automatically sends this message, "thanks for following us. Anything we can help with?" to them. I never turned this on and do not want it. I cannot figure out how to turn it off. We apologize if Facebook sends you this message but It's not us.
