Today’s test kitchen recipe was blueberry pie bars! They went over very well with Lucas’s helpers, working with him at home to decide the best placement for him this school year as a new special needs student in Greenville with a lot of complex behavioral issues needing addressed.

I have a box of 8 of these FREE for pickup, first come first serve to anyone here in the Greenville area. All we ask is that if you love them, you share our page with a friend or two. We are working on a regular menu of items that will be available for sale and having a local following will help tremendously.

One thing I love about baking with pumpkin year round is that it gets some veggie over on my picky kids without their knowledge! 😁

Here we have healthy-ish chocolate cupcakes made with pumpkin but they taste like chocolate cake! The marshmallow buttercream icing makes them extra delicious and my youngest helper loved these. 💕

These energy bites have always been a top seller because they really do taste magical but with no junk! These help you power through your day with healthy things and not added sugar, mostly just dried fruit for sweetness. There are some mini chocolate chips on our peanut butter protein bites because you have to live a little! Mix and match a box of 16 bites with any of the four flavors we’re making right now!
