I enjoy AI just as much as the next baker 😂 but these cookie mixes didn’t come from a generated recipe or something pulled off the internet.

The recipe started with the cookies my grandma and mom made growing up, and over time I kept tweaking it myself — adjusting ratios, testing small batches, and changing little details until I finally got these mixes exactly how I wanted them.

I wanted them to make cookies that actually taste homemade. Thick, soft, bakery-style cookies with that fresh-from-the-kitchen flavor instead of tasting like a basic store mix.

Right now I have 4 flavors available:

🤍 Cookies & Cream
🥜 Peanut Butter Cup
🌈 Funfetti

For just $7 a jar, you can bake about 10 of these beauties right in your own kitchen. And every now and then, you’ll also be able to find them on the Clean Sheet Cakes bakery cart right on our front porch. 🤍

🍋 Lemon Poppy Seed Mini Cakes — $5
Soft and fluffy lemon poppy seed cake topped with silky vanilla lemon frosting and a lemon cookie. Bright, fresh, and the perfect little summer dessert.

🎃 Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Mini Cakes — $5
Ultra moist pumpkin cake filled with melty chocolate chips and topped with creamy frosting. Soft, cozy, and seriously hard to stop eating.

🍪 Cookies & Cream Spoon Cakes — $6
Layers of rich chocolate cake, fluffy cookies & cream frosting, and crushed Oreos packed into an 8oz dessert jar. A spoon cake is basically a soft layered cake dessert made to eat straight from the jar — creamy, rich, and perfect cold right out of the fridge.

Boe is playing with Team Nebraska’s 2015 Boys at the ODP Memphis Interregional Showcase! ⚽️🧤

Clean Sheet Cakes is moving! 🎉

We’ll still offer convenient west side porch pickup (address provided after ordering) — just about a mile further down the road. 😉

The Clean Sheet Cakes kitchen will be closed for the month of February while we relocate. We’ll be back bigger and better this spring with our very own dedicated in-home baking space, and we can’t wait to share what’s next!

Cakes are $4 each, with a 20% discount on orders of 5 or more.

Chocolate chip cookies are $10 a dozen.
