First Saturday back at the farmers market for our third year and we’re still trying to process the love and support from yesterday ❤️

We were so excited to bake for you all this week — and honestly, just as anxious. This year we increased our production, and all week we kept wondering: Are we making too much? Would it all sell?

You showed up in the biggest way possible. ❤️

We had 56 preorders ready for pickup at Council Oak Supply Co. and our home in Morningside, brought a TON of extra sourdough goodies to the market… and still sold out before 11 am.

We baked:
203 sourdough loaves
150 brown butter chocolate chip sourdough cookies
250 sourdough brioche buns
50 sourdough cinnamon swirls

Seeing lines of bread lovers waiting for our bread absolutely warmed our hearts. Every preorder, every familiar face, every new customer, every kind word — it means more to us than we can say.

We are so incredibly grateful for this community and the way you continue to show up for our little sourdough dream. Thank you for supporting small business, local food, and all the early mornings and late nights that go into every bake.

From the bottom of our hearts: THANK YOU. We can’t wait to do it again next Saturday.

✨ We’re back!!! ✨ Thank you so much for your patience while we relocated our family and bakery to the Morningside area. We’re still working out a few final details, but we plan to be back at the Farmers Market on May 16 — and preorders are officially live now!
