You guys have been loving the classic chocolate chip cookies and the oatmeal cream pies, so I decided to combine the best of both! These are made with my big, soft chocolate chip cookies sandwiched around the same fluffy cream you love in my cream pies. They’re thick, delicious, and have some serious weight to them!

A few weeks ago, the little crumbs and I started a mission to visit all the local porch bakeries and farmstands we can find before summer ends. It’s been such a fun adventure!

I’ve only been sharing these visits on TikTok, but I realized I’d love to share them here too so more local friends can discover these hidden gems.

✨ First stop: Gabi’s Pop Shop (5905 Antonio Pl., Seguin)!

She has a variety of adorable cake pops with new flavors each week, and they were just as delicious as they were cute. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!
