Let me start by saying, I am a home, hobby baker. Which means, I operate out of my home kitchen under the Texas Cottage Food Law and I am not subject to inspections from the local health department. I do obtain the required food handlers certificate. I have a full time job outside of doing custom cakes!! Therefore, with 2 kids, I'm very busy. My weekends fill up fast and I try to allow a weekend a

month away from cakes strictly for family time. Please understand!! Baking is my PASSION, it never feels like a job to me! I know the time and dedication I put into my cakes, will bring a smile to your faces and a great taste to your buds. I love doing custom cakes, bring me your ideas and I will do my best to put it on a cake. I also do decorated cookies, basic and gourmet cupcakes, cake pops, breads, pies...and so much more. I do not have set prices as my cakes are made fresh for each customer, please contact me and we will discuss the details and pricing. Please DO NOT compare MY cakes nor MY prices to your local grocery store. My cakes are baked the morning of or the day before your event. Cakes from HEB or WAL-MART are flash frozen for weeks if not months. You receive more icing than cake. If you are not satisfied with my pricing, please contact your local grocery store.
