Bluffs Bakery Scratch baked bagels, pastries, cookies and more!! The Bluffs Bakery features scratch made goodies from the Gering Bakery in a convenient Scottsbluff location.

They also make delicious sandwiches and flavourful coffees! The bakery is owned by Ron Ahlers, Sr, a master baker and Chris Ahlers, his son. Ron was one of the first 500 certified bakers in the United States. The Bluffs Bakery is managed by Lana Ahlers, Chris Ahlers’ oldest daughter. One of the unique aspects of the business is its use of all fresh ingredients — no pre-made mixes are used. We make every item from scratch. We also try to buy as many local ingredients as we can. The bakery has its busiest season during the holidays and during the wedding season. Our cake decorators consult with each couple to design the perfect cake for their special day.
