Often time our ingredients are a bit harder to obtain and a tad bit more expensive. We can promise you are going to receive only the best ingradients. free flours & substituts. On larger orders, A deposit is often required to hold the date. A deposit will consist of half the cost of the order total. This deposit is non-refundable and will apply to your total order upon delivery. We book first come first serve and typically book out about a month or two in advance. Please contact us to see if we have a date open as soon as possible so we can best serve you. We will do our best to accommodate people but are still a small in home bakery. After being sick my whole life, I was finally diagnosed with Celiac Disease 14 years ago. I was then shocked and horrified with the commercial treats and so called "Dessert" choices that were available. So I began trying new recipes and converting old recipes until I could secretly pass off my Gluten free treats to "Normal People pallets" and not get any negative feed back! After our son was born we found out that he had a rare metabolic condition and would also have food restrictions. As part of his condition I must now stay at home with him, and do everything in my power to prevent him from getting ill. I have then since realized that there are so many other food allergies and sensitivity situations out there that need to be tackled. So I vowed to do it, one recipe at a time!
