We're bringing back grilled cheese! On our customer favorite house baked big soft bread! But baby steps...We don't have all the varieties we once did, just yet. We're serving quintessential creamy melty American grilled cheese. ...But we do have tater tots!! How about a side of those with your sandwich!

As for supper club, these aren't your granny's salmon patties, although hers were probably very good. They have a big soft texture, sort of like a crab cake, but they're packed not only with salmon, but also with quinoa and tons of flavor. So hearty that they're a complete meal! And that drizzle of zingy lemon dill aioli is the perfect topping. See you Wednesday! ... and whatever day you come in for your grilled cheese & tots, of course.

Mostaccioli is a comfort food I (Reg) grew up on. It always seemed to appear at my midwest family wedding receptions, as I recall. Any of you share that experience? Fun fact: Although I have scoffed at the fact that some of my family members referred to it as "musk-a-chilli," and thought they were crazy, I recently read in a St. Louis food history book that muskachili was actually an accepted and common pronunciation in some locales!! Are you kidding me!? (I'm sorry, Mom! -- you weren't crazy)
... and maybe roasted brussels sprouts are outside of the box for you, but you've got to give them a shot: roasting makes them crispy-salty-yummy. Not your grandma's brussels sprouts. (Though hers may have been good, also :)

Supper Club is back this week, and we're kicking the month off with ham dinner: tender slices of honey ham, Reg's special potatoes au gratin, plus a side of savory green beans. Pie Day is this week, too! Reg's rhubarb crop is standing tall, ruby red, & begging to be eaten. We temper the acid in our rhubarb before adding it to the pie, creating a pleasant, balanced flavor. If you have not tried strawberry-rhubarb pie or aren't sure what to think about it, this is the week to give it a go! It's one of summer's best flavor combinations, hands-down!

Also this week: We're back on top of our grab 'n' go sandwich game: turkey sammies plus sausage & egg, and NEW Canadian bacon, egg, & cheese! Available all week long.
