Calling all Chocoholics! Today’s whoopie is so chocolatey, we had to get it approved by the Chocolate Council in Belgium (is that even a real thing?).

Dark chocolate brownie chunks and semi-sweet chocolate chips are packed into our chocolate-marshmallow buttercream, then sandwiched between two rich, dark chocolate cakes and rolled in even more chocolate chips.
