I had so much fun at the last pop, I’m doing it again!

This time: gluten free sourdough fried brioche donuts inspired by the life changing donuts I ate in Tokyo back in January.

My cakes aren’t perfectly level. 😂They’re not covered in elaborate decorations, or piled high with super sweet buttercream frosting.
My cakes won’t win any decorating competitions, but I can promise they’ll be moist, flavorful, and super tasty.

This is a gluten free sourdough chocolate olive oil cake, layered with a maple sweetened mascarpone frosting that I created because I wanted something lighter, less sweet, and something I’d actually want to eat.

Gluten Free Sourdough Party in a Box 🎉

Today’s box headed out for a birthday celebration with gluten free sourdough chocolate chip cookies, pop tarts, and these gluten free sourdough fried donut bites in vanilla and strawberry glaze.

Donuts were FIRE today. 🔥

I’ve been chasing the texture of the gluten free fried donuts I had in Japan, and I think I’m finally getting really close. Light, fluffy, pillowy, and ridiculously good.
