Good morning!!! I’ve got HOT BUNS ready for ya in the counter!! As well as Blueberry, Lemon Poppyseed, and Carrot Cake Muffins! We’ve got all the Bismarcks filled up “Trish” style - if you don’t know what that means you better stop in and check.. we made Ricotta Cheese yesterday which means we have FRESH cannoli and there odd pillow bread coming out of the oven right now and I’ll have jalapeño cheddar bread around 10:30am. It’s a good day to come in and grab what you Knead - at Knead!!

Happy Wednesday everyone, know what the second best thing about Wednesday morning is? The Baker is baking!!! The first is that it’s mid-point through the week 🐪. Come on in and treat yourself for making it this far without any fresh carbs!

Guess who else is going to be here a little later today, around lunch time.. my Ma!!! For those of you who have met her, I know already that you love her - it’s hard not too! She loves to drive me crazy and she NEVER listens to me - it doesn’t matter if I own the bakery, she’s always gonna be the boss. I wouldn’t want it any other way.

I hope to see you!! I’m open from 7-3pm today.
