This is what inclusion looks like. We had no idea the subject of haggis would come up at the current Fanime convention in San Jose this week, but… here we are! Apparently we’re one of the only ones who make a plant-based haggis - which is delicious by the way - and they highlighted us in one of the panel discussions surrounding food in anime! They talked about healthy alternatives, and it definitely is.

It’s sort of weird in a way, though, because you never even eat the stomach when eating haggis, it’s just a vessel for steaming. I’d love to find out more of how our information got there.

We're already brainstorming for the Hobbit Afternoon Tea in September! Today's inspiration is... French Onion Soup! We're thinking of calling it a Hobbit Trencher, where we create a jammy onion soup-style filling on a toasted roll with a deep cut in the center to hold the filling, and is then covered with melty swiss and emmentalier cheeses, before serving. Challenging? Yes. Very tasty? Also yes.
