Dear Cole Valley,
Thank you for inspiring me to make Bomboloni the way I’ve always dreamed of making them (Sempre Calde) - In the 10 years of making Bomboloni, I’ve never have had the chance to get to know my customers. Getting to meet most of you has made doing something that I already love, so much more rewarding. This time has also invited me the opportunity to try new things like making Focaccia for FOC MONDAY. I’m honored to bring a little piece of my hometown (Lucca Italy) to my neighborhood in SF. Grazie mille to all of our loyal customers (you know who you are) you have made this all possible and we appreciate you so much. Thank you Jim and Steve from for listening and opening up your window at Kezar Bar to allow us to bring our Bomboloni to all of Cole Valley. Although today will be the last day until the reopening, we may be filled with surprises, so please stay in touch and and we will you all in the best neighborhood around!
