Not every baking night is for an order or an event.

This time, the kids joined us to bake for my sister-in-law’s father’s funeral. In the Hmong culture, we simply referred to him as Dad, and to my children, he was Grandpa Lor. He was such a kind and gentle man and he will be deeply missed 😞

As a family business, it’s important to us that our children understand that food is one of the ways we show love and these were our family’s small way of giving back and showing theirs that we care.

Girl…..should have just folded that laundry basket because now, I have to bake, AND fold 3 extra laundry baskets that have been waiting for me since last Tuesday and now I’ll just have to rewash it all because I don’t want to fold them 🫠😭🤣

Omg, please tell me I’m not the only one!!?! Why does it take three centuries to wash/fold & put away clothes!!!!
