It’s hard to find time for ourselves between life, kids, work, and everything in between, but somewhere along the way, baking became therapy for me.
What started as a full-blown obsession turned into a family business, and then quietly became my “me time.” Macarons are incredibly technical and unforgiving, they demand your full attention from start to finish, which somehow makes the outside noise disappear for a little while.
Eleven years ago, I just wanted to make one perfect macaron shell. Today, we bake hundreds at a time. Some turn out beautifully, others… not so much 😅 but I’ve learned to appreciate every batch because baking has a way of humbling you. Loving something and working hard at it doesn’t always guarantee the outcome you hoped for, and honestly, there’s a life lesson in that.
What I didn’t expect was for this little obsession to become something bigger than me, a stepping stone for our kids, a family business & a way to connect with so many of you.
Thank you for continuing to support our journey, especially now as our children become more fully immersed in the day-to-day of our business alongside us. We appreciate you more than you know ❤️
