175 pounds of flour.

This little bit at the bottom of the barrel is all that's left.

Sometimes people see the finished loaf, cinnamon roll, or pepperoni roll and forget what happens before market mornings and bakery shelves.

175 pounds became bread for family dinners, coffee shop visits, market bags, quick lunches, gatherings, and kitchen tables.

It’s easy to focus on the next bake, the next market, or the next thing on the to-do list… but sometimes I stop and realize:
That’s a lot of flour.

A lot of mixing.

A lot of baking.

A lot of late nights and early mornings.

And a whole lot of gratitude. ❤️
