Baking today for the South Charleston Farmers Market for tomorrow. I will have pepperoni rolls, 4 pk cookies, cookie cups, peanut butter fudge, peanut butter no bakes and hot fudge parfaits with devils food cake and frosting and hot fudge sauce and sprinkles and a few biscoff cookies.

New items coming to the South Charleston Farmers Market this weekend! Lemon, strawberry, lemon blueberry loaf cake slices with glaze, bringing back the biscoff cookie along with a new one, and banana pudding parfaits and birthday cake parfaits on Saturday.

So the biscoff and strawberry cheesecake NY style cookies were a huge hit at the South Charleston Farmers Market this weekend so those will be back, I will be adding more of the NY style cookies to the menu. I’m going to be making the Cookie Monster and Oreo cookies and cream. I will also have strawberry, lemon and blueberry /lemon loaf cakes the slices available at the market next weekend.

I'd like to extend my gratitude for a wonderful weekend at the South Charleston Farmers Market. I appreciate interacting with everyone, greeting regular customers, and meeting new faces. The market's continuous growth is truly exciting. The City of South Charleston, WV is indeed a unique community.
