It is hard to believe we're so close to Christmas! If your schedules are anything like ours, you may be wondering how you'll fit it all in.

I wanted to update you on all the goodies I'll have available before Christmas.

The final weekend of the Hamilton Holiday Orchard is Friday and Saturday! The freezer will be stocked with vanilla, maple, and orange rolls. I'll be stocking the table with DIY cookie kids, old fashioned fudge, peanut brittle, and a few iced sugar cookies.

I have 2 more days of regular cinnamon roll baking planned and will have a post with extras and plans for pickup, SOON!

🥜 Peanut Brittle 🥜

Some of my very favorite holiday memories are making peanut brittle with my grandma.

I've never been a big science girl but the chemistry of baking and candy making is fascinating, and I owe it to a patient teacher, who has always loved her neighbors well through food.

It takes patience, precise temperatures, and quick handling to make airy, crunchy peanut brittle. If you've never had homemade peanut brittle, you're missing out.

I'll have single servings stocked this weekend at the Hamilton Holiday Orchard!

The Little Freezer is all set up at the Hamilton Holiday Orchard!

This weekend it's stocked with vanilla iced rolls! I'll be making a few maple and orange glazed rolls in the next few weeks.

If you're looking for a boost of Christmas cheer, stop by Friday and Saturday evenings to see the lights, take a Hayride Sleighride, enjoy some hot cocoa while you shop lots of local goodies!

My husband is a November birthday and does NOT appreciate skipping over Thanksgiving, so these are for him.

Our opening weekend of Christmas at the Orchard is ONE WEEK FROM TODAY 🎄 Friday and Saturday Nov. 28-29 from 5-9pm! We’re also open the first three weekends in December! This is a walk-through Christmas light event, so dress warm, bring your friends and family, and prepare to experience the magic of the holidays!

This summer has been a real "fake it til you make it" situation, at our house. With easily the busiest calendar we've had since having kids we added a little chaos to keep things fun.

🎀 I am pregnant! 🎀 We do not take an announcement like this lightly and if it wasn't affecting my ability to bake, I'd likely just keep it to myself for now.

But, unlike with my older two, I have been SO sick. Even the thought of unwrapping a stick of butter has been repulsive. If you ordered treat in July or August, know I love you BIG time. 🤢

The last few days have given me some hope that I'm regaining some fortitude, but I'm not quite ready to jump back into cookie boxes yet.

I am still completing your personal orders and I'm hopeful that we can finish strong for the end of the year, with all the holiday flavors we love.

Thank you for understanding and supporting my family through it all!

First birthdays, baby and wedding showers, sending college students off with lots of love, and even a wedding order!
