What recommendations do you all have? I've broken two knives recently. You get what you pay for, but everything is so much more expensive than the free set we currently have that was left behind by a college roommate years ago that it is hard to justify new knives when I still have a few of the lousy free ones.

If you always use chicken and have never tried cauliflower in recipes like this, you are missing out.

This is one of my favorite recipes to pull out while watching March Madness! 👏 I simply subbed in our Better Batter and favorite dairy alternatives to make it work. I like it HOT!
Buffalo Cauliflower bites:
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
1 cup of Better Batter flour
1 cup water - you might need just a bit more1 tsp. garlic powder a few dashes of cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt 1/2 cup hot sauce (I used my own ghost Pepper sauce, but you do you)
1 tbsp. coconut oil, melted .....
