Hey friends! I have a big announcement:
Our family is planning a really big move next year - to Bogota, Colombia! Yep, in South America! We are working towards becoming Free Methodist missionaries in the capital city of Colombia, something we have been working towards for our entire married life (12 years). My husband Shane felt God calling him to mission work when he was only 8 years old, so this has been a long time coming!
Making this change is obviously a big deal, and we would love if you would remember us in your prayers as this season here in Michigan comes to a close, and our new adventure begins in Colombia. Our life has so many facets right now - both of our home businesses, kids/school, paperwork/training/passports for missionary work plus preparing our home for those who will live here while we are gone. That last one includes multiple renovation/purging projects, whew!
As you can imagine, life is crazy busy. As we head towards next year, I will begin to take on fewer orders so that I can dedicate myself to the other priorities in our life. I’m not planning to be completely done until next Spring, so keep the orders coming! I do appreciate it when I get lots of notice for an order, and you’ll be more likely to get on my schedule that way, too!
We will be doing some intensive training during July and August, so I will be completely unavailable to take any orders from July 9-August 16.
