Okay..the cake ended up delicious.
BUT...I was supposed to pick up on a Saturday. Bad phone connection when I ordered and I wrote down the wrong time. Showed up on the Saturday, no one was there (cause they were closed) and wasn't able to get my cake for the birthday dinner.
I called immediately and left a message both on the "regular" line and on the emergency line. Not sure what a cake emergency looks like, but apparently what I experienced was not. I did not receive a call back.
Instead I called Monday and was told that I should've received a phone call an hour before pick up, which I DID NOT. I received an apology and that was it.
Because my cc was pre-charged I still picked up the cake on Monday when they were open again, but I was VERY disappointed that I didn't even receive a follow up call from management. It's been almost a week so clearly there is no call coming.
I will not be using Home Bakery again.

👦🏽Da ‘Rona Self Quarantine Part Two Day Thirty... I got my lashes done bright and early by at The Lash Lounge. I highly recommend her and they follow all covid practices thoroughly. She really takes her time to ensure that you are happy. Since we have to be expressive with our eyes, lashes are a BIG deal. Please go see her and tell her I sent ya!
I took my brother to Downtown Rochester to see the holiday lights. I will recommend that you take the side streets to get there and PLEASE don’t bring your dog. As difficult as it may be for some of you, I saw too many get stepped on. But I just loved all the things inside Talulah Belle and I’ve put a whole bunch of people on to the kronuts at HOME BAKERY.
