No Bake Flan
★★★★★

Ingredients:
No Steam Leche Flan Cups
Ingredients:
1 pack gelatin (9g)
1/2 cup cold water
6 egg yolks
300ml condensed milk
370ml evaporated milk
1-2 tsp vanilla extract or lemon juice
*
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp water

1/2 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Prepare Caramel:
Melt sugar directly in the cups over low heat until golden brown
Gelatin:
In a small bowl, mix the unflavored gelatin powder with a little water, then heat it until it is completely dissolved.
Mix Custard:
In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla together.
Stir in the dissolved gelatin mixture .
Strain Mixture: Strain the custard mixture at least twice to ensure a smooth, silky texture without lumps.
Pour and Chill:
Pour the custard mixture into the cups.
Set:
Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.Serve: Run a knife around the edges and invert onto a plate or serve directly from the cups.

Churros for our Cinco de Mayo Seasonal Cupcakes

Churro Recipe:
250 gram Milk
8 Gram Salt
8 Gram Sugar
225 Gram Butter

276 gram Ap Flour

400-500 Eggs

DIRECTIONS
Sauces pan Add:
Milk
Salt
Sugar
Butter
Bring to Boiling take off stove
Add Flour stir in then put bsck to stove
Cook for 2 Minutes
Transfer to mixing bowl let cool down
Slowly add eggs until mixed on
Forms dough

Put dough in piping bag with flower tip or any piping tip you desire

Fry at in oil at 375 degrees until golden brown
