เค้กก้อนนี้เป็นขนาด3ปอนด์ 4ชั้น เลือกเป็นเค้กมะพร้าวอ่อน เค้กที่ใครๆก็ชื่นชอบเพราะมันอร่อยกลมกล่อม หวานน้อย หอมมะพร้าวจริงๆ

A Special Cake for a Special Occasion ⛳️🎂

After two days of planning, designing, and carefully considering every detail, I finally chose to create this 3D golf-themed cake for someone who truly loves golf — my husband.

I put my whole heart into this cake, and while there’s always room to improve my skills and make future creations even better, I’m happy to see this idea come to life.

This cake is a 3-pound, four-layer young coconut cake, made with one of my favorite flavors. It’s loved by so many because of its light sweetness, rich coconut aroma, and perfectly balanced taste made with real young coconut.

Every cake I make carries a little piece of my passion, and this one is especially close to my heart. 💚⛳️

🎂 2วันนี้มีโอกาสทำเค้กวันเกิด2ก้อน2แบบ แต่ยังเป็นเค้กมะพร้าวอ่อนทั้งคู่ 🤍🥥

ก้อนแรกเป็นครีมสด ส่วนอีกก้อนตกแต่งด้วยบัตเตอร์ครีมแซมด้วยกุหลาบสดที่ล้างและพันก้านเรีบยร้อยเพื่อไม่ให้โดนเค้กโดยตรง อยากได้เค้กที่ให้ความรู้สึกพิเศษขึ้นมาหน่อย อยากได้เค้กสไตล์ไหนก็จัดไปค่ะ

มีความสุขทุกครั้งที่ได้ทำงานที่รัก💕✨

🎂Had the chance to make two birthday cakes over the past 2 days — two different styles, but both were soft young coconut cakes 🤍🥥

The first one was finished with fresh cream, while the second was decorated with buttercream and accented with fresh roses. Each stem was carefully cleaned and wrapped so it wouldn’t touch the cake directly.

I always want every cake to feel a little more special and meaningful in its own way, so I love exploring different styles and designs each time.

There’s truly happiness in doing what I love ✨🎂

Another day with the opportunity to make cakes for the workplace. This time, I chose a soft chocolate fudge cake, simply decorated and cut into triangle slices. It’s an 8-inch, 3-pound cake — one of our rich and delicious favorites, made with premium-quality chocolate.

Every time I get the chance to do the work I love, I feel truly happy and enjoy every moment of it. 🤎

วันนี้ได้ทำเค้กมะพร้าวอ่อนครีมสด ขนาด8นิ้ว 3ปอนด์ ที่ตัดสามเหลี่ยมและห่อด้วยแผ่นใส รองด้วยฟรอย ทำให้หยิบง่าย เป็นเค้กที่อร่อย ให้เป็นของขวัญได้ในหลายๆโอกาส หรือในวันที่อยากได้ของหวานสักชิ้น ขอบคุณที่สนับสนุนและนึกถึงกันตลอดค่ะ ❤️

Today, I made a fresh young coconut cream cake — an 8-inch, 3-pound cake, pre-cut into triangle slices and individually wrapped with clear sheets and foil at the bottom for easy handling.

✨หายไปหลายวัน เพราะร่างกายไม่อำนวย ทั้งๆที่ใจอยากทำอะไรอีกหลายๆอย่าง กลับมาทำสิ่งที่ตัวเองรักพร้อมกับหาเวลาดูแลร่างกายของเราให้แข็งแรงกันนะคะ

เค้กวันนี้เป็นเค้กมัทฉะ2ปอนด์และเค้กโรลกาแฟ เมื่อมีคนอยากทานและเดินทางไกลมาจาก Arizona เราก็ไม่อาจปฏิเสธได้😁 เพราะใจก็อยากทำอยู่แล้ว อยากทำของอร่อยๆให้หลายๆคนทาน

✨I’ve been away for a couple weeks because my body needed rest, even though my heart still wanted to do so many things. Now I’m back, doing what I love while making time to take care of my health and stay strong.

✨Today’s treats are a 2-pound matcha cake and a coffee roll cake. When someone travels all the way from Arizona just to enjoy them, I simply can’t say no—especially when I truly love baking and sharing something delicious🍰

✨ปิดท้ายเค้กอีกก้อนเดือนมีนา เป็นเครปเค้กราดชาไทย ทำให้วันเกิดลูกสาวพอดี เป็นความตั้งใจอย่างหนึ่งที่เรียนทำเค้กเพราะอยากทำให้คนที่เรารัก ทำให้คนในครอบครัว ฝึกฝนมาเรื่อยๆ จนวันหนึ่งทั้งทำกินเอง ทำแจกและทำขาย🥰 ทำเค้กให้ลูกมาเป็นปีที่3แล้ว จริงๆอยากทำเค้กสวยๆแต่ช่วงนี้แม่ยุ่ง🤣เลยคิดว่าลูกอยากทานเครปเค้ก น่าจะทำได้เร็วดี แต่ไม่เลยค่ะ แค่นั่งทอดแป้งทีละแผ่นก็ใช้เวลา2ชั่วโมงไม่รู้ใครทำนานขนาดนี้ไหม 😅แต่ไม่เป็นไร ความตั้งใจทำสูง ทำไปเรื่อยๆ จนออกมาถูกใจ ทั้งหน้าตาและรสชาติ …ความสุขของคนเป็นแม่ 💕

Ending March with one more cake — a Thai tea crepe cake made just in time for my daughter’s birthday. 🤎

One of the reasons I started learning how to bake was because I wanted to make something special for the people I love, especially my family. I’ve been practicing little by little, and one day it turned into baking for myself, for sharing, and even for selling.

This is actually the third year I’ve made a birthday cake for my daughter. I really wanted to create something beautiful, but I’ve been quite busy lately 🤣 So I thought a crepe cake might be quicker since she loves it… but not at all! Just cooking each crepe layer took me almost 2 hours — I don’t know if anyone else takes this long 😅

But that’s okay. I put my heart into it and kept going until it turned out just the way I wanted — both in looks and taste.

This is the happiness of being a mom. 💕
