“So, how is Bivo doing?”
Recently, this question has got me feeling like a deer in the headlights. Bivo is going great. We are having fun, we are selling bottles, we are growing.
I used to think this growth would feel like settling in, like we could stop scrambling. In reality, growth doesn’t make things easier. It makes the stakes higher, it makes everything bigger. Our decisions carry more weight. It also means more fun too :)
Next time I’m asked that question, I’m going to try and lean into the discomfort, and express that growing is more than we expected, on all fronts. It’s fun and wild, while also being intense and stressful. It’s the rollercoaster we signed up for.
