This Friday, we’re featuring a Sweet Simone’s staple - the Charley!

This decadent sweet treat has a flaky, layered exterior that’s achieved by rolling croissant dough, and baking it in a mold to hold its round shape.
The inside contains a sweet filling that varies based on flavor.
