Portland's Original Elephant Ears The best and original elephant ears in town! The Original Elephant Ear Booth has been in business with the Portland Saturday Market since 1975.

Its the first elephant ear booth that started the trend for ears in Portland an Washington. Our dough is made from scratch .Its cooked in soy bean oil fresh every weekend. We have a large variety of toppings and don't forget or famous maple bacon. So come down and visit us.
