We’re proud to share that our very own Melissa Berkemeier Romano returned to Good Morning Washington to spotlight Nordic Knot and celebrate the delicious lead-up to National Pretzel Day this Sunday, April 26. 🥨
This time, Melissa gave viewers an exclusive first taste of what’s coming out of our test kitchen—debuting new spring-inspired pretzel creations featuring distinctive flavors enhanced with smoked and infused salts. Highlights included Olive Oil & Za’atar, Lemon Poppy Seed, and Lemon Lavender—each bringing a fresh, elevated twist to our signature Scandinavian Pretzels.
She also introduced a bold new Aleppo pepper–seasoned pretzel, finished with a drizzle of hot honey for the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. And for those with a sweet tooth, our new cinnamon-stuffed Pretzel Croissant made its debut—warm, indulgent, and (dare we say) giving the classic cinnamon bun a run for its money.
