Our Nordic Smoked Salmon with Everything Braid Platter puts our signature TWIST on the classic bagels-and-lox spread. We start with our freshly baked Everything Braid and surround it with smoked salmon, whipped cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion, English cucumber, and fresh dill.

It’s beautiful. It’s shareable. And it just might become the centerpiece of your table.

Planning for a larger group or corporate gathering? We also create specialty platters and Pretzel Charcuterie Boards by hand and can discuss catering options to fit your needs.
