🚲🍺 Heading to Fairfax County Brewfest? Keep an eye out for the Nordic Knot vending bike! 🥨

This Saturday from 11 AM–7:30 PM, head over to Bunnyman Brewing – Chantilly for a full day of community celebration featuring live music, food vendors, family-friendly activities, and the debut of the Fairfax 250 Hazy IPA, a special collaboration among seven local breweries.

We’re especially excited to give a shoutout to two of our amazing community partners, Lake Anne Brew House and Hawkley Brewing Company, both participating breweries helping bring this collaborative brew to life! If you’ve enjoyed Nordic Knot Pretzels, Pretzel Dogs, or our exclusive Pretzel Pepperoni Rolls at Lake Anne Brew House in Reston, or grabbed your favorite Scandi Snack while visiting Hawkley Brewing in Herndon, be sure to raise your beverage to their teams while celebrating this special Fairfax County milestone.

🚧 Exciting things are happening at Nordic Knot! 🚧

It may still look like an empty warehouse today, but in just a few short weeks we’ll be moving into our new production bakery—and we can’t wait to share this next chapter with you. Stay tuned for sneak peeks and updates as we get closer to move-in day!

As part of this transition, we’re taking a brief “Sommarstängt” (the Scandinavian term for a short summer closure) from baking our beloved Pretzel Croissants. This temporary pause will allow our team to focus on the move and getting our new space up and running.

Don’t worry—our signature Scandinavian Pretzels will continue to be available at your favorite Nordic Knot community partner locations, markets, and resellers throughout the transition.

Thank you for your patience, support, and enthusiasm as we prepare for bigger things ahead. The future is looking deliciously twisted! 🥨✨

Community. It’s one of Nordic Knot’s core values and the foundation of everything we do. Being involved in the community, bringing people together, and creating spaces where connections happen naturally is at the heart of who we are.

Today was no different.

Alongside our amazing community partner, Lake Anne Brew House, we were up bright and early supporting the 20th Reston Sprint Triathlon—a true highlight of the Northern Virginia racing season. From athletes pushing their limits to volunteers, spectators, and local businesses coming together, the energy was inspiring from start to finish.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up, supports one another, and celebrates achievement. Congratulations to all of today’s participants—you earned every mile, every pedal stroke, and every step!
