Hey everyone! This is a super fun experience in Mt. Shasta. You get to sit in a lush green garden with lots of cozy nooks with seating. There's a wonderful lineup of beer and wine to taste, along with fantastic pizza flavors. Check out the The Garden Tap, Mt Shasta sometime! Sounds like they're opening for the season this weekend!

We had so much fun at our last sausage making cooking class! An absolute feast as always!

Come join us at our next class, March 28th, where we will be making

-Sicilian Sausage: A savory pork sausage filled with Italian cheeses and seasonings, roasted garlic, herbs and red wine!
-Pasta Scialiatelli (Unkempt Hair) al Pomodoro.
-And, as a little adjustment, we will be adding a dessert instead of side salad. And that dessert will be: Ricotta Mousse!

Thank you to Women's Business Center at JEDI for taking the time to highlight and share our recent successes.

If you’re interested in entering the food industry, or if you’re already in it and looking to strengthen your foundation, I highly recommend enrolling in the Culinary Entrepreneurial Program. It was absolutely worth the time and effort. Being awarded $1,000 at the end was a great bonus, but even more valuable are the ongoing resources and support.

I continue to utilize what I learned and appreciate knowing there’s a strong support system backing my business ventures.
