Test Kitchen went very well last night.
What is test kitchen you ask?
It's the application of recipes on a concept menu and how translates in a real world application. Sometimes you have to
do some tweaking on recipes, prices, purchases
to get that monetary and flavor balance before
the menu is minted.

We are very excited to share our new offerings.

Hey there old friend! Remember the days of the past at the Brasserie? Well, We're bringing something back from the grave for a night that we all have enjoyed. Time to dust off the old coffin with a little fun surprise, spooky, pop-up movie and party night at the Grape Escape Friday October 28th! Mark your calendars. Its a screaming good time! We have a outdoor movie showing of Dracula (1931) and after the movie, DJ Reaper Richie will be playing all the spooky jams. It's 21 and older. Diner and wine / beer service will be available. We will also have some cookies, popcorn and plenty of libations. It's Free, but if you die from a good time, don't forget to tip your hosts. I do this every year and it's a lot of fun. I hope to see you there! 21+ please.
