Pictured below are some delicious Half Baked chocolate chip cookies. These went on a special delivery for my son’s class this week. They’ve got one week left of extended school year and we can never show our appreciation enough for his teachers and paras.

Another sneak peek for this week… and it’s a returning favorite, too!

My homemade versions of Little Debbie Nutty Buddy Crème Pies and Peanut Butter Creme Pies!

Soft peanut butter cookies sandwiched with peanut butter frosting and dipped in chocolate (or plain!).

These fellas are SO good! I’m a sucker for anything peanut butter and a lot of y’all are too. Last time I made these, they sold out quickly— and that’s always a sign that y’all love them! 🥜 🍫

This week has a theme (Dorky? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely!)

I’m not sure if we should call it Copycat Week, Dupe Day or Homemade is Better?! Any suggestions? 🤔

Every treat this week will be a homemade, from scratch version of a popular store-bought treat. And of course I’m starting it off strong with Cosmic Brownie Cookies! ⭐️ 🪐

These fellas made a market appearance last year and were a hit! They’re full of chocolate and topped with those mini candy coated chocolate chips just like the premade version, but waaaaay better! The cookie is soft, fudgy and chewy, then topped with a thick homemade ganache… oh yum! 😋

The market begins at 8:30 and is held at Soldiers & Sailors Park in Princeton (across from the courthouse). See y’all there!

It’s been a busy day in the kitchen! I’m all ready for the market tomorrow! 8:30-12:00 at Soldiers and Sailors Park in Princeton.

-1/3 # Ganache filled Loaded Peanut Butter cookies
-Buckeye Cookies
-Oatmeal Cream Pies

Another market sneak peek 👀

I’ll have the new cookie dough stuffed, giant chocolate chip cookies at Princeton’s Farmer’s Market this Saturday!

These fellas are amazing! A traditional chocolate chip cookie with a fun twist… the center stays soft and gooey thanks to the dough and the edges have a slight crispness to them. You don’t want to miss these!
