Hi everyone! We have had a change of plans this weekend! We are taking Saturday off to spend some time with family, so we will NOT be at The Market at the Oasis this weekend! But, good news, we are still baking this week and will be at Chatagnier Community Market this Thursday 10-6! So you can still get all of your goodies this week! Preorders are open to reserve items if you are coming by later in the day, or just want to ensure you get your goodies this week! Please message to preorder! Hope to see you guys on Thursday!💗

🥬 THURSDAY: Fresh produce arrives + our cheese, Greek yogurt & other dairy goodies will be FULLY RESTOCKED!

🥛 FRIDAY: Fresh milk arrives sometime during the day!

And of course, the store is stocked with goodies from 60+ local vendors every day we’re open. Come shop small, shop local & see what’s new this week! 🤍

WOW! What a day yesterday! Your girl is worn out!🤣 Thank you so much to my family at Bayou Artisan Oasis on Coursey and to all the new and old people I met at Chatagnier Community Market!!! We completely sold out yesterday of everything I made! What a HUGE blessing!💗🙏😊

I work so hard doing this and it’s the best feeling that people appreciate and love my goodies! I was not expecting a line waiting for me yesterday at the store, that was awesome to see!

For those who missed out on Saturday we will be back at Chatagnier Community Market this Thursday, September 3rd 10-6, And back at The Market at the Oasis this Saturday, September 5th 9-2! Get those preorders in to ensure you get what you want! Preorders can be made for Thursday or Saturday! So Excited to be at Chatagnier Community Market!!! Apparently everyone loved what they saw on the menu because there was a line of probably 8 people here when I got here! Thank you guys so much!! We’ve been wiped out of our desserts but we still have plenty of bread!🍞 Come on by, we will be here until 6pm or sold out!😊💗

Here is our updated menu! We have raised the price of the sandwich bread from $10 to $12 and have also added our fall menu! We have one more week of the Pizza Sourdough Loaf, get your preorders in for this weekend!

We will be at The Market at the Oasis 9-1 and Chatagnier Community Market 2-6 this Saturday, August 29th! Preorders can be picked up at either locations at these times, or in Galvez 7-8:30pm Saturday evening or Sunday! Please message us to preorder!😊💗

I am SO excited to announce Pretty Proofed’s new fall sourdough treats, Pumpkin Rolls and Pumpkin Bread!🍂🎃🍁

Both filled with delicious pumpkin and spices but each with their own unique flavors and textures and PERFECT for the fall season, even though it feels like 500 degrees still🥵

These goodies will be available THIS Saturday, August 29th at The Market at the Oasis 9am-1pm AND at Chatagnier Community Market 2pm-6pm! I’ve got a busy weekend this weekend! These are also available for preorder and pickup at either location OR in Galvez Saturday evening/Sunday for my neighborhood peeps!

These will be available now until November 28th! 3 whole months of pumpkin treats! So excited to share these with you guys and can’t wait for you to try them! 🎃🍁🍞🍂
