Paper Cake Scissors Emily makes things with flour, sugar, and paper! PCS is a small, home-based bakery in beautiful southern Vermont. Emily Gold is the owner and baker.

The area around her inspires her baking with its amazing produce, dairy, and of course, maple syrup. Her background in art brings a unique aesthetic to her baked creations.

I'm very excited to announce a new chapter for myself in 2024 as the Director of the Solomon Wright Public Library! I will still be running my business and making things, with much less baking things.
