I just wanted to come on and say THANK YOU to all of you for supporting my small business each week

Many of you know that when I’m not baking for Good Boy Bakery, I double as a first grade teacher! While owning and operating a micro-bakery is a fun little dream come true for me, it’s also how I afford to make my classroom a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment at the beginning of each school year, and to provide my students with the materials they need to succeed.

Thank you so much for stopping by and grabbing a sweet little treat on Sundays — it makes a difference in more ways than you know!

Because school is starting up this week, Good Boy Bakery will be closed this Sunday, August 30th, and next Sunday, September 6th, as I adjust to the busyness of the new school year.

Wow, you guys work fast!! I just restocked everything I have left for today. There’s a few cookies, blondies, and lots of lemon poppy bread left. We’re out of the Reese’s cake, but plenty of strawberry cake left! Stop by and get some goodies while they’re still here!

Today might be a rainy day, but a visit to Good Boy Bakery can make it brighter! We are OPEN and have some really yummy goodies in our cart today!

- Chocolate S’more Cookies: a big, soft, ooey-gooey chocolatey cookie full of chocolate chips and melted marshmallows;

- Cheesecake-stuffed Lemon Cookies: soft, giant lemon flavored sugar cookies stuffed with a lemon cheesecake — the combination is to die for!

- Biscoff Cookie Butter Blondies: brown sugar, buttery blondies filled with Biscoff cookie butter, Biscoff cookie pieces, and topped with cookies and white chocolate chips;

- Reese’s PB Cup Cake: chocolate cake layered between rich peanut butter buttercream, topped with a chocolate ganache and loaded with Reese’s PB cups;

- Vanilla Strawberry Cake: moist vanilla cake layered between strawberry buttercream, a layer of strawberry preserves, and topped with a strawberry slice;

- Lemon Poppyseed Bread (mini loaf): a mini loaf of sweet lemon poppyseed bread, topped with a lemon glaze;

For the pups:
- PB & Honey dog biscuits;
- Peanut butter, pumpkin, and carrot “Pupcakes”

Good Boy Bakery is OPEN! Here’s a list of what you’ll find in the little blue cart today:

- White Chocolate-dipped Red Velvet Cookies: soft and chewy red velvet cookies dipped in sweet white chocolate and topped with sprinkles;

- Cookies ‘n’ Cream Cookies: thick, cakey cookies filled with Hershey’s cookies ‘n’ cream bars, chunks of Oreos, and topped with vanilla icing and Oreo crumbs;

- Chocolate Whoopie Pies: classic chocolate shells filled with marshmallow Fluff frosting;

- Mounds Bar Cake: three layers of moist chocolate cake layered between thick coconut filling like you’d find inside a Mounds candy bar, topped with rich chocolate buttercream and a Mounds candy bar;

- Cookie Dough Oreo Brownies: a layer of chocolate chip cookie, a layer of Oreos, and a layer of chocolate chip brownie all in one bite;
