On another note: this week is going to be HOT. I will be at market and serving up ๐•๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐๐ž๐š๐ง ๐“๐š๐ฉ๐ข๐จ๐œ๐š ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐‘๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐จ๐ญ๐ž, ๐Ÿ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ก ๐‘๐š๐ฌ๐ฉ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š ๐‹๐จ๐ฏ๐š๐ ๐ž-๐‚๐š๐ซ๐๐š๐ฆ๐จ๐ฆ ๐’๐ง๐ข๐œ๐ค๐ž๐ซ๐๐จ๐จ๐๐ฅ๐ž. Iโ€™ve been quiet! But the markets have been anything but ๐Ÿ˜‡ Strawberry season has been upon us for a while now with yummy treats like Strawberry-Rhubarb Cobbler, Strawberry Rhubarb Cheesecake as special Pastries of the Week and in my regular line-up: ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐…๐ข๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ (flourless French triangle with browned butter and vanilla bean) and ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ฐ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐•๐š๐ง๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š ๐’๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ“

I will unfortunately be missing Tuesdayโ€™s market (6/2) but Iโ€™ll be back on Thursday in Medford with a ๐Œ๐ข๐ฑ๐ž๐ ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‚๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐œ๐š๐ค๐ž that Iโ€™ll have the following week at both markets as well!

Hi friends! Iโ€™m going to introduce a new face! Meet Bella โœจ I am beyond excited to have her represent Heim at the Thursday markets in Medford! We worked together at a pop up at in March and instantly I knew sheโ€™s a gem ๐Ÿ’Ž
Sheโ€™ll take care of you this week and next week youโ€™ll see little olโ€™ me again before she takes over some more!

โ€œHi, Iโ€™m Bella and Iโ€™m so happy to be supporting Jenn and Heim by peddling her delicious pastries on Thursdays at the Medford Market! I love being a part of our local food system so when Iโ€™m not here I spend my days as the Procurement and Nutrition Coordinator for Rogue Valley Farm to School or at The Sideyard Farm and Kitchen in Phoenix!โ€

P.S. She also teaches Salsa and Bachata at the Annex Dance Studio and is a Birth Doula. How cool is that? ๐Ÿฅฐ
