Big Bakeshop News!!

We want to begin with a huge thank you for your support at the retail counter. Recently, other than the random ice storm here or there, Bakeshop has been busier than we’ve ever been, which has motivated us to make the decision to open back to our original hours! Beginning tomorrow, February 7th, we will be open again five days a week, Wednesday to Sunday, from 8am to 1pm!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes scrubbing the bakery from top to bottom, replacing equipment and organizing shelves, and we feel like we have a strong, wonderful team in place right now, making the bakery a pleasure.

We look forward to seeing our friends and neighbors five days a week again! Thank you today and always for your support.

Also, don’t forget preorders are still open for our special Valentine’s Day menu. You can use the link in our bio. All preorders must be be picked up on Valentine’s Day, next Wednesday, February 14th, during our new regular business hours, 8am-1pm.

We are thrilled to bring back our Kouign Amann for preorders this weekend! They’re sweet and slightly salty, with a crisp caramelized exterior and a soft almost custardy center. And for those who ask, it’s pronounced “queen a-mahn” ☺️👑
