What a beautiful Sunday 😍! I am praying for a beautiful day, like today, next Sunday too. June 14th, I will be in Memphis at Sage Creek Summer Fest ☀️🍷✨ . I was asked back and am happy to go back. The vibes there are wonderful ✨️ 🙌. Lots of fabulous vendors, including my friend, Lisa Neil Sylvester, with Rural Mama, and food trucks too! Hope to see you!

Browned Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies are coming out of the oven this morning. Pretzel Bites will be made this afternoon. Flavors not decided yet so have some time to choose and order.
Browned Butter Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies are $13 a dozen.
Pretzel Bites are $5 a dozen.

Happy Sunday, everyone 😊.
It is a beautiful and sunny day with the windows open, while I am baking. As I am putting together an order, it has me feeling a little nostalgic thinking about my parents. Both my parents were born just before the depression started. Because of this, they both learned to be frugal in life. That doesn't mean the five of us kids lacked for anything. Our parents made sure we had everything we needed. Homemade food and baked goods were always available to us. Baking was learned early, growing up, and I guess you can say that's where my love for it started.
Thank you for reading this and being a part of my baking journey.
