I had a fun afternoon celebrating the teachers at Gardens Elementary! I got to serve ice cream cookie sandwiches to all of their teachers and staff! 😁

Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the cookie sandwiches, but I baked chocolate chip, triple chocolate, and rainbow sprinkle and put a big ol scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice cream in the middle. They were DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to continue serving them in my ice cream cart this summer!

It’s so fun to show some love to the teachers here, they deserve it! And it’s cool to see them preparing for graduation almost 16 years after I graduated from here! Hopefully I get to razz my sophomore a bit too 🤪
