🇮🇹 MEET THE GOOMBAHS: CHELSEA 🇮🇹

Chelsea’s Goombah story began on the other side of the window—as one of our very first regular customers!

She had known one of our owners, Deb, for years through real estate, so when we posted that we needed a little extra help during our busy spring season, Chelsea reached out right away. What began as helping a few days a week quickly turned into a regular spot on the Goombah team.

Chelsea jumped right in and learned the ropes quickly. While you’ll usually find her behind the espresso machine, she never hesitates to help our bakers or pitch in wherever she’s needed.

She’s also constantly bringing us new ideas—including the now-famous Fluffernutter Latte, which quickly became one of our most popular creations!

From loyal regular to creative barista, we’re so happy Chelsea found her place on this side of the Goombah window. Be sure to say hi the next time you see her! 🤎

Goombahs, our second fall drink is pumpkin pie the way Nonna would serve it—with plenty of whipped cream. 🤌🥧

Meet our Pumpkin Pie Latte, made with our house-made syrup featuring real pumpkin purée, topped with brown sugar cinnamon whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. All the cozy goodness of a slice of pumpkin pie, served by the cup.

Because you know us by now, we just couldn’t do a simple PSL 😏

🇮🇹 MEET THE GOOMBAHS 🇮🇹

Last week you met Nancy. This week, we introduce Jane.

You may already recognize Jane as the “Dancing Nonna” from our social media—but she was part of the Goombah family long before there ever was a Goombah Coffee.

A fellow Italian from New Jersey, Jane and her family have been close family friends for close to 30 years. So when Jane joined us, it didn’t feel like we were hiring an employee—it felt like someone who was already family simply stepped in to help.

Jane came to us with no food-service experience, but that certainly hasn’t stopped her! She has jumped in wherever she is needed—learning to make drinks, working the register, greeting customers at the window and even learning how to bake.

In fact, when she started, Jane was very quick to tell us, “I’m not a baker.” Well…we’re not so sure about that anymore. 😂 She has truly embraced it and discovered how much she enjoys being in the “kitchen”.

If you’ve been greeted by Jane’s smile at the window, you already know why customers love seeing her. She is kind, dependable, willing to learn, always ready to help—and never afraid to break into a dance when the right song comes on. 💃

Jane has been our friend for years, but now she’s officially one of the Goombahs. Be sure to say hello the next time you see the Dancing Nonna at the window! 🤌☕️

Goombahs, we bring you a new creation… the Fluffernutter Latte! 🥜☕️🤗

This one started with our barista Chelsea, who decided we needed a peanut butter syrup — so naturally, she went and made one.

The result? A cup lined with marshmallow fluff, locally roasted espresso + our house-made peanut butter syrup, and marshmallow whipped cream on top.

The Fluffernutter Latte is here for a limited time, but Chelsea’s peanut butter syrup is sticking around a little longer.

And here’s where it gets fun: in the afternoon, swap the marshmallow whip for chocolate whipped cream and turn it into a Reese’s-inspired Peanut Butter Cup Latte. 🍫🥜

Or start experimenting—mix our peanut butter syrup with any of our other house-made syrups and whipped creams and create your own.

Chelsea created the syrup. Now let’s see what you Goombahs do with it. 😏
