Dear friends and customers,

I’m sorry this comes so suddenly, but I’ve decided to close Saras Sourdough and will no longer be baking through my home bakery.

Baking and sharing bread with this community has been such a joy, and I’m deeply grateful for all of your encouragement and support along the way.

Over time, I’ve felt God stirring in my heart that it’s time to move on from sourdough. I don’t yet know exactly what He is calling me to next, but I trust His plan and believe He has something new ahead.

Though this chapter is closing, I will always treasure the community, kindness, and connections that have come through this bakery. Thank you for walking alongside me in this season, and I’m excited to see where God leads next.
