Help wanted.

In the next two months Kiwi Bakery LLC will be hiring one, or possibly two trainee bakers for our north Fort Myers bakehouse.

Kiwi Bakery is rapidly gaining a reputation for its high quality organic breads, pastries and cakes.

Demand is increasing and we need help to keep up.

The work offered is low tech, hands on, and physically challenging - including some heavy lifting and rotating shift work

We are looking for people with good communication skills, a basic understanding of arithmetic and percentages and high personal standards of cleanliness and reliability.

A clean drivers licence and own transport are essential.

We are not looking for someone who just wants a job. The work is far too demanding for low commitment people. We are looking for folks who want to learn the baking trade - which may lead to a career in management, sales or self employment. We like to train ambitious people.

While baking will always be the main focus, our first employees will be required to learn all aspects of our business - including customer service, deliveries, running farmers markets and cleaning - lots of cleaning.
