Lunch Menu!

Milinka - a cheesy pull-bread made with butter, feta, and egg.
Vita Banitsa - a coiled pastry filled with ricotta, feta, and egg. The dough has been stretched, filled, then coiled creating textural magic.
Potato-Green Onion Banitsa (v) - a vegan lunch treat filled with roasted potato, green onion, and a sprinkle of our house-made seasoning.
Tutmanik (v) - A layered focaccia-style dough with sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and a sprinkle of garlic. Pizza flavors, but vegan!
Beef Kielbasa Roll (dairy free) - that’s it. Just a really good beef sausage baked in a really good pastry.
Prosciutto & Cheese Roll - another simple but delicious one: prosciutto and cheddar jack cheese rolled into savory dough and baked.
Salami Roll (dairy free) - Genoa salami slices and ajvar rolled and topped with more ajvar.
Beef & Pork Hand Pie - A mixture of ground beef and pork with herbs and onions is wrapped in dough and topped with cheddar jack before being baked.

The Special Thing

about Third Thursdays

Every third Thursday all year long, we pop up at UPMC Children's Hospital. We'll be set up from 10:30-1:30 just outside the cafeteria entrance on the 3rd Floor.

We bring our full menu of savory pastries (think Kielbasa Rolls, Sundried Tomato Olive breads and Spinach-Feta pastries, to name a few) plus ALL the sweet things: pastries, cake slices, eclairs and more.

Third Thursdays only happen once a month - don't miss this one!
Here are the remaining dates for 2026:
August 20th
September 17th
October 15th
November 19th
December 17th

And Other Days, Too

We also set up shop at Presby and Shadyside Hospitals, so Oakland and Shadyside get some love, too.

Find us EVERY Friday at Shadyside Hospital from 10:30-2:30 at the cafeteria exit.

And at Presby, most second and fourth Thursdays we are at the cafeteria entrance, 10:30-2:30.

While Bloomfield undergoes a transformation during Little Italy Days, our little corner of Main Street is free from chaos and crowds. We are open regular hours all weekend long.

Construction got you down? Us too. It’s been soooooo many months that our little neighborhood has been decorated with neon orange we don’t even remember when it started or what it used to look like. And now the bridge is coming down in Squirrel Hill!

But we’re not complaining. We have lots of ways to get you pastries. If you’re working from home or stuck at the office, remember that we are on Door Dash. Skip the driving, keep the pastries.

PLUS all the bakery hours. So don’t worry, ride out the bridge closure with pastry deliveries or walk over to a farmers market or the bakery. And remember, sitting in traffic is better with pastries.
