Experimenting on our sourdough loaf 🍞 let me introduce to you guys our cold brew chocolate chip loaf! Haha I was so excited to test it out and see what it tastes like 👀 it actually turned out pretty damn good!

Flavor and notes: it’s definitely softer than a classic sourdough loaf not sure if it needed a higher baking temp or more flour? I can’t complain either way, it’s delicious! The chocolate definitely takes over when you first chew but towards the end, that’s when you start to taste the coffee!

Would you try it???

New menu for the next two weeks ✨👀 back to some of our favorites!!!

Our sweet and sticky rice with mango- has been one of our top sellers at the market!
Passionfruit curd! Our seasonal curd because we use our passion fruits straight from our tree! As sweet and sour curd, the perfect balance!

This weekend will be the last for our dirty horchata! Make sure you stop by and get some while it’s available. Don’t you worry, I will bring it back!

My weekly duty! I prep my dough for the whole weekend in one day. Did you know that we use the same dough base for all of our pastries? Our filled doughnuts, classic glaze and our cinnamon rolls? It’s a whole process and takes about 2 hours or so to finish.
