🎒🍰 EASY AT HOME RECIPES: Back-to-School Mini Cakes!

Listen… we are NOT following the back of that cake box today. 😂

I took a simple yellow box cake mix and gave it a little upgrade — melted butter, vanilla coffee creamer, extra vanilla and eggs. And BABYYYY… that coffee creamer took this cake to another level! 🙌🏽

🍰 Easy Box Cake Upgrade
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick butter, melted
• 1 cup vanilla coffee creamer
• 4 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

Bake at 325°F. My mini cakes baked for about 15 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the pan you use.

Now THAT CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM?! 🤤🍫 It was soooo good, it needs its own video.

Today we traded cinnamon rolls for roller skates 🛼❤️

The kids were excited from the minute we pulled into the parking lot, and honestly, seeing them have fun made my whole day.

As entrepreneurs, it’s easy to feel like there’s always one more email, one more order, one more thing on the to-do list. But days like this remind me why I work so hard in the first place.

The kids spent more time falling than skating 😂, but nobody cared. We laughed, made memories, and for a few hours I wasn’t just a bakery owner—I was just Mom.

And surprisingly… I didn’t fall once. I might still have a little skate game left in me. 😎🛼

Kendrick got TikTok on FIRE telling everybody to stop following the directions on the box… so you KNOW I had to see what all the fuss was about. 😂🍰

And baby… he might be onto something. 👀

The second rise had me doing a little happy dance! 😂🍞

I used the same cinnamon raisin dough to make one beautiful braided loaf and one classic loaf with the extra dough. I wasn’t completely sure how they would turn out—but one thing I did know was that we were eating them either way! 😂
